How to edit the profile details

  • Click on the “Profile icon” on the bottom navigation bar.
  • In the “Profile” section, click on “Edit Profile” option
  • Enter new details and click on the “Update Changes” button.
  • Your details will be updated.

How to change Login Password

  • Click on the “Profile icon” on the bottom navigation bar.
  • In the “Password” section, click on the “Change Login Password” option.
  • Enter your current password and the new password that you want to create and then click on the “Proceed” button.
  • Your password will be changed.

How to change the TPIN

  • Click on the “Profile icon” on the bottom navigation bar.
  • In the “Password” section, click on Change TPIN.
  • Enter your current TPIN and the new TPIN you want to create. Then click on the “Create TPIN” button.
  • Your TPIN will be changed.

How to add a new bank account(s)

  • Go to the Profile section by clicking the Profile icon on the bottom right of the dashboard
  • Select “My Saved Accounts”
  • Click on “Add Bank Account” button
  • Enter the required details
  • Click on Confirm Details and the account will be added.

How to create my profile.

If you’ve skipped the profile creation part in the Signup process, then you need to complete that now to be able to use all the features of the app.

  • Click on the “Profile icon” on the bottom navigation bar.
  • There you’ll see the “Complete your profile” button at the top. Click on that.
  • Then enter your email id and confirm it by entering the OTP sent to the email.
  • Then create a 6 digit Transaction PIN(TPIN)
  • Then enter your address details and proceed.
  • Then upload a legible government id proof with the same address that you’ve mentioned in the last step and proceed.
  • Now we’ve received your documents and details. We’ll take some time to verify these details from our end.
  • In this Verification time, you’ll see a badge saying “Verification Pending” in the “My Profile” section.
  • If the verification is successful, then you’ll see a “Verified” badge and if the verification is not successful then you’ll see “Verification Failed” badge and you’ll see an option to “Upload New Documents”. You can use this option to correct your details or upload the correct document.

How can I send my feedback?

  • Click on the “Profile icon” on the bottom navigation bar.
  • Select the “Send Feedback” option in the “Help” section. Send Feedback form will appear.
  • Give the star ratings as you feel. Enter the Title or your Query/feedback. Enter the Description and then click on the “Submit” button.
  • Your feedback will reach us and we’ll get back to you as soon as possible.
